Chakras 101: An Empowerment Workshop​

Our chakras are not meant to be a mystery! Caring for our energetic body is just as important as caring for our physical, mental, and emotional health. This workshop is designed to remove the mystery around our sacred energy bodies and empower you to clear, align, and balance your own energy.

• Discuss the ways in which we are notified by the body and mind when our energy centers are out of alignment.
