Shadow Work Workshop: Embracing the Hidden Self

This 90-minute online workshop is designed to help you explore, meet, and integrate the parts of yourself that have been hidden in the shadows. Through gentle teaching, guided meditation, reflection, and energy clearing, you’ll be supported in creating more wholeness and self-compassion.

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn what the “shadow” is and why it’s essential to your spiritual growth

• Experience a guided inner journey to meet a shadow aspect with love and curiosity

• Journal and reflect on what arises in a safe and supportive space

• Receive optional Reiki-infused energy clearing for integration
