• Intention setting ceremony

• Teaching on how to access the Gratitude Portal of Light to give gratitude for the intentions that are on their way

• We will meet using Zoom. Upon registration, an email confirmation will be sent that includes the link for our meeting. Hold on to this email.

• Event will be recorded and sent to everyone who registers after.

How to prepare:

• Create your own sacred space with candles, crystals, blankets, and/or pillows. Please surround yourself with items that bring you joy and comfort.

• Bring a small object you would like to energetically infuse your intentions into, such as a crystal or a piece of jewelry. This will be an item that you keep on your person or on your meditation alter (or both!) to assist you with bringing your intentions to life.

• Bring a journal to write your intentions in.

• Be comfortable.  Make yourself a cozy spot on the couch or in bed.  When the energy clearing begins, I recommend lying down.

• Have water nearby to drink.
