Our chakras are wheels of divine and sacred energy that move the flow of life force energy throughout our body. When a chakra is not functioning properly, we can experience a wide range of challenges such as feeling stuck, strong emotions, feeling imbalanced and unaligned. We may find it challenging to access our intuitive abilities. We may also find it difficult for our physical body to heal.

 

When our chakras are open, life force energy is able to move through us freely. We experience more calm, flow, and ease. Our intuition is heightened and aligned, and it is easier for our body to heal itself. We find that we are more guided by the divine spirit within rather than fear.

 

Each month of this series, I will focus our entire workshop on one of the chakras. You will learn:

 

• How to know if this chakra is blocked, as well as what can block it.

• How this chakra impacts your mind, body, and spirit.

• Easy techniques to bring your chakra into balance.

 

This workshop also includes an energetic balancing of all chakras, as well as a more focused clearing on the specific chakra we are discussing for the month.
